How can I make payment?
Payment can be made by our various payment methods ranging from credit card payment (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay), PayNow, Google Pay, Apple Pay, GrabPay, Atome and PayPal.


What are your delivery options and how much is shipping?
We currently offer standard shipping at SGD3.50 for orders below SGD100.

Free shipping for orders SGD100 and above.


Where do you ship to?
We currently offer delivery within Singapore only.


What is the estimated timeline for delivery?
Domestic delivery will take approximately 3-5 working days. A tracking link will be sent to the email address provided.

  • Delivery times are based on orders placed before 12pm SGT.
  • Delivery may take additional time during sale periods, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather events or government mandated measures.


Do you accept cash on delivery?
We do not accept cash on delivery at this point in time.


What to do if I have not received my order?

What is the return and exchange policy?
We allow for returns and exchanges if you've changed your mind about a product. All returns and exchanges due to change of mind are subject to a 30-day return and exchange policy upon receipt of order, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Item must be in its original purchase condition - packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
  • Items purchased as part of a set must be returned as a whole set.
  • This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.
  • Shipping costs associated with the return of the product will not be covered by Ikigai Living Pte Ltd.


What if there is a problem with the items I have received?
Kindly drop us an email at contact@ikigailiving.sg and if the item is faulty upon delivery, we will gladly mail a replacement item to you.

Please do not dispose of or throw away any of the items you're writing in about. We may arrange to collect the product.


What if I do not like the product after using it?
We have a strict no refund or replacement policy on any personal products that have been opened or used.
